Briddlesford Lodge Farm is a commercial dairy farm that has, in recent years, marketed its own milk and other Isle of Wight food through the highly regarded farm shop and café, Bluebells at Briddlesford. This year, world-famous ice-cream makers Minghella are beginning production on the farm, using Briddlesford Guernsey milk and cream. There's also a new heritage centre in the converted hop kilns, with a museum that tells the farm’s history and an art gallery. Open daily from 9.30am until 5pm; Saturday evenings from 7pm.
