Looking for breakfast with a difference? Head to Cantina in Ventnor, the only Island establishment to make it into The Guardian’s top 50 best places for breakfast in the UK. This family friendly café also featured in the 2019 Good Food Guide. Breakfast is served every day, from 7.30am to 3pm. Choose from favourites like eggs and soldiers, or enjoy shakshuka, a spicy concoction of tomato and peppers, topped with a baked egg. Be sure to pick up a loaf of Cantina’s sourdough bread. Dogs are welcome. Open daily, 7.30am-3.30pm.
