The Island’s famous landmark has more than simply stunning views of the Needles Rocks and the coloured sands. Take the chair-lift to the beach and the sand cliffs, make a coloured-sand souvenir at the sand shop, watch the craftspeople at Alum Bay Glass and see sweet-makers at the IW Sweet manufactory. Children’s attractions include a traditional Victorian carousel, tea cup ride and games kiosk, as well as The Water Peddlerz and Water Walkerz. Souvenir shops include The Pier Head Shopping Emporium. Full catering facilities are available, including a fully licensed tearoom and kiosks serving fresh coffee, ice cream and more. This year, the “Magic in the Skies” events will be bigger and better than ever. There are later opening hours in the summer and for special events.
