Surrounded by woodlands and gardens, Priory Bay Hotel has not one but two restaurants with spectacular views out to sea. The Priory Oyster Restaurant is a contemporary, brasserie-style restaurant with a lunch and dinner menu specialising in local fish and seafood that changes daily. The Island Room Restaurant has a fine-dining tasting menu focused on seafood, local game and woodland ingredients. Both restaurants pride themselves on using the freshest local produce, whether farmed, fished or foraged.
